After years of putting together big complicated formal galas, the WCH annual fundraiser was passed to the Marketing Committee, who decided to make an easy, simple and fun party designed to give Winnetka parents a chance to do what they did when they were kids at the Community House–play.
We brought in a band, served pizza and beer, and even set up some Wiis to remind everyone that the WCH was once the town bowling alley.We didn’t charge nearly as much as we would have for a gala, and it was a huge success.
